The Terms of Service described herein govern your purchase and use of
all products and services ordered by the Client and provided by Hostbun.
By purchasing and using the services, you agree to all of the Terms of
Service outlined here.
Hostbun reserves the right to modify any of the Terms of Service
contained within this agreement at any time and for any reason.
Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
- Billing: Payments
must be made using Debit/Credit card, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency. Future
renewals will be billed to the same payment method unless cancelled. Payments
are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected package.
- Non-Payment:
In the event of non-payment, the Client is not permitted to use the website.

Crypto Payments: Refunds are not provided for payments made using cryptocurrency.
- Invoicing: Invoices
for recurring services will be issued ten (10) days in advance of the due
date.
- Suspension:
Unpaid services will be suspended four (4) days past the due date.
- Termination: Unpaid
services will be terminated six (6) days past the due date.
- Effective Date
This Agreement is effective from the date services are purchased and will
continue until terminated by either party.

Termination by Client:
The Client may terminate services at any time.

Termination by Company: Hostbun may terminate services with 5 days' written notice for any reason,
including failure to pay or breach of the Terms of Service.
- Data Deletion:
Upon termination, all data stored on the Client account will be deleted
and cannot be restored.
- Content Rights:
Clients have full rights to all content uploaded, stored, published, displayed,
and distributed through our services.

Responsibility:
Clients must ensure they have the right to post the content on their website.
- Age Requirement:
Services are intended for users eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Third-Party Use:
If another party uses the service on behalf of the Client, they agree to
be bound by this Agreement.
- Contact Information:
Clients must keep their contact information up-to-date. Hostbun is not
responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or out-of-date information.
- Instant Activation:
Services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for all use of their account and must keep it confidential.
- Resale Prohibition:
Accounts cannot be used to host websites not owned by the Client, nor can
any portion of the account be resold.
- Support Channels:
Support is provided through email, ticketing, live chat, and phone. Responses
can be expected within 24 hours during standard business hours.
- Content Control:
Hostbun does not monitor the data on any website but reserves the right
to remove any content or suspend services if the Client is found to be
in violation of the Terms of Service.
- No Warranties:
Hostbun makes no warranties or representations for the service provided.
- Backup Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data.
Hostbun offers free nightly backups and paid backup solutions but is not
responsible for any data loss.
- Refunds:
Full refunds are provided within the first 30 days if service commitments
are not met. Refunds are not applicable for one-month purchases. No refunds
are provided after 30 days or if the account is suspended or terminated
due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- Crypto Payments:
No refunds are provided for payments made using cryptocurrency.
- Domain Purchases:
Domain purchases are non-refundable. Hostbun will attempt to cancel and
refund domain purchases if possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. If
successful, the refund will be credited to the account funds. A grace deletion
fee of 10-30% of the domain price may apply.
- Mutual Indemnity:
Both parties agree to indemnify each other against any third-party claims
arising from a breach of these Terms of Service.
